In the small village of Sebringville, Ontario, there is a remarkable cafe where you can order breakfast, lunch and dinner and expect it to be to your specifications. The host, Alexandra Santos, along with her husband Antonio Triguerro, are the people behind Alexa's cafe. Seating 22 people comfortably, the cafe is housed in a 150-tear old building which was, at various times, a farm house, Dwyer's Road House and Lucky Lott's Hotel. After extensive restoration Alexa's Cafe is a lovely warm and cozy place to dine.

Alexandra and Antonio took over the restaurant in November of 2009 and have been serving the people of Stratford, Sebringville and surrounding countryside for one year .As well as being a friendly family restaurant, Alexa's is available for parties and other functions.All the desserts are made on the premises and they can be purchased to go also.

Breakfast
You can have a great Canadian breakfast...eggs, bacon, toast, jam and tea or coffee for a small price. There are other things on the menu...waffles, pancakes,French Toast, fresh fruit cup, etc. and you will feel nicely fortified for the rest of the day.
Lunch
The lunch menu is varied and appealing... many different sandwiches and soups are available and the meal must be topped off by a home-made dessert. Recommended are the chocolate mousse and the almond tart. Yummy!
Dinners
Dinners are especially tempting. Among the regular entrees one can choose the pork loin with clams for $18.95 (using locally-raised pork); the spinach, feta and portabello mushroom quiche for $16.00; the chicken supreme at $21.95 or the fresh herb and lemon salmon loin at $18.95. Alexandra and Antonio and their 13-year old twin boys are kept busy with the various tasks involved in running a restaurant of quality and they are indeed up to the task. The atmosphere is inviting, the food is superb and the service is excellent. Alexa's Cafe is a treasure just waiting to be found by the fastidious diner., and is located at 188 Huron Road in Sebringville, Ontario. 519-393-6970. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday hours are 11AM to 7 PM; Friday 11 to 8; Saturday 8 to 8 and Sunday 8 to 7.
